Order processing times

Due to schedule restraints all orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Once shipped your order will be delivered via USPS with in the time frames listed below.  
Domestic priority: 1-3 business days
Canada first class: 7-14 business days
International priority flat rate: 6-10 business days

Lost, mis-delivered or missing order
Once a package is in USPS's hands it is no longer in AVR's control. 

United States: If your order has been shipped and seems to be lost in transit or mis-delivered please contact your local post office and ask if the package was delivered to the wrong address. Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to be re-delivered/located. If after 7 days your package does not show up please file a missing package report through AVR will not file the claim for you, but should you need any additional information for this claim please contact AVR. USPS will be in contact with you during the search for your package. AVR is not responsible for a refund due to a lost or mis-delivered package. All AVR orders are insured by USPS and will be refunded by USPS should a package be lost or mis-delivered on their behalf. An insurance claim can be filed through If a package is returned to AVR due to incorrect address and you would like AVR to resend it you will be required to pay for return shipping.
International: Chances are if your package has not been delivered within 6-10 business days it is being held at customs and you may be required to pay additional taxes. If your package is returned to AVR due to incorrect address, un-paid customs taxes, etc. You will be required to pay return shipping if you choose to receive the piece back or AVR will refund the full amount of the piece minus shipping costs and re-list it once the piece is back in AVR's possession. Return to sender from international countries can take anywhere from 6-10 weeks. Any refunds will not be made until the package has been returned to AVR via USPS. If your item is lost or mis-delivered due to a mistake on USPS's behalf AVR will not issue a refund. USPS is responsible to issue you a refund. You must file a missing package claim through as soon as possible. This is not something AVR can do for you as it will require personal information to be given to USPS who will be in contact with you during the process of finding the package. 

Canceling or modifying your order

Canceling: All sales are final. 
Modifying: Modifications cannot be made to any orders unless the shipping information you have provided is incorrect. Please email with your order number and preferred shipping address within 24 hours of purchase. 

Custom orders

Due to schedule restraints and high demand custom orders are not accepted.  Inquires are consistent despite not being accepted and to keep it fair for everyone AVR does not make exceptions on this policy. 

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. 

Reserves and pre-orders

Reserves or Pre-orders are not accepted. To keep it fair for everyone, AVR does not make exceptions on this policy.

Payment plans

Payment plans are not accepted. Potential missed or late payments require additional communication, therefore taking time away from the studio.

Blog features and reviews
At this time AVR does not sponsor bloggers. If you purchase a piece please feel free to review it.
Repairs and resizing
Repairs and resizing are not available on non-AVR jewelry. Resizing can only be done on specific AVR pieces and will be noted in the product description if available. If you inquire about a repair please note there will be a cost depending on the amount of damage done. All shipping is buyer's responsibility. 

Bath Bombs and Candles

As stated on product listings, these items can be shipped within the US and to Canada ONLY due to their fragility, international shipping policies and high international shipping costs.
